How did Ascend Behavior Consultants get started?

Ascend Behavior Consultants was established in 2019 by Ebere Magalit, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In Ebere's 15 years of working in the behavioral health field, a common disparity was the lack of access to quality therapeutic services in  minority communities. After years of experiencing a lack of equity and inclusion within the field, she decided to establish a practice that is committed to providing effective, evidence based treatment for behavioral &  mental health to underserved families.
